At Healthy Families Chiropractic, we focus on helping kids who struggle with focus, concentration, emotional regulation, anxiety, sensory challenges, ASD, seizures, sleep, digestion, and so much more.
Our work centres on the nervous system — helping kids shift from fight-or-flight into calm and connection so their brain and body can work the way they’re designed to. Our practice is full of hope, laughter, and the occasional bark from Roger, our friendly office dog 🐾.
We’re looking for a caring, energetic person to join our team who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves — watching kids thrive, parents breathe easier, and families find the hope and connection they’ve been searching for.
This dual role of Care Advocate & Scan Tech Support combines compassionate connection with hands-on experience using advanced neurological scanning technology.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
Answering calls and scheduling appointments
Welcoming families and guiding them through their care journey
Playing with kids, holding babies, and helping create a calm, supportive space
Performing neurological scans that measure how well the nervous system is functioning
Supporting our doctors and families every step of the way
💚 Who we’re looking for:
Must be comfortable working with children and families
Naturally warm, positive, and loves helping people
A confident communicator and great listener
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology
Excited to grow personally and professionally
Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with room to grow as our practice expands
Would be a wonderful fit for a mum ready to step back into a purpose-filled, family-friendly environment
Pay will be based on skill level, once you go through our training process, the quicker you excel at your job the more you make!
If you or someone you know would thrive in a role that combines heart, science, and purpose, we’d love to meet you.

Let’s change lives together 💫
Someone warm, calm, energetic, and genuinely passionate about helping kids and families.
Our best team members are people who love to learn, are comfortable in a busy environment, and enjoy connecting with people of all ages — especially babies, toddlers, and neurodivergent kids.
No — you don’t need any chiropractic experience to apply. However if you already think you do not like or trust chiropractors this is not the right role for you.
What matters most is that you’re open-minded, curious, and excited to learn.
We’ll teach you everything you need to know about:
the nervous system
neurological scans
how we support kids with focus, behaviour, sensory challenges, sleep, digestion, and more
our unique care flow and patient journey
A love for natural health and a belief in the body’s ability to heal is far more important than technical chiropractic knowledge.
If you enjoy learning new things, asking questions, and growing your understanding each week, you’ll fit right in.
If you prefer a job that never changes or don’t enjoy learning new concepts, this role may not be the best match.
No experience is required — just a willingness to learn.
We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What matters most is that you value natural health, understand the importance of the nervous system, and enjoy being hands-on in a family-focused space.
Very! Kids are playing, babies are crying, parents are asking questions, and Roger (our dog) is always saying hello.
If you thrive in a controlled-but-lively environment where no two moments look the same, you’ll love it here.
If constant movement, noise, and energy feel overwhelming — this role may not be the best fit.
Lots of variety:
Greeting families
Helping kids feel safe and settled
Answering calls and scheduling
Performing neurological scans
Supporting parents who may feel emotional or stressed
Laughing and playing with little ones
Keeping the clinic flowing smoothly
Every day is different — flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
Yes — in fact, this role is best for someone who already values natural, holistic health and believes in supporting the body’s ability to heal.
If your first instinct is always “medicine first,” or you’re not aligned with lifestyle-based, neurological approaches, this role won’t feel like home.
This role may not be right for you if you:
Dislike working with kids or babies
Prefer a quiet, slow, predictable workspace
Feel uncomfortable with natural health or lifestyle-based care
Get easily overwhelmed with multitasking
Prefer minimal social interaction
Don’t enjoy learning new technology or tools
We want you to feel successful and supported — and that starts with a good fit.
Absolutely.
The environment is family-friendly, heart-centred, and deeply connected to supporting parents and children.
If you love kids and want a role with purpose — this is a beautiful fit.
If you are the right fit we will work around you and what is ideal but as an average around 20 hours per week, with room to grow as the practice continues expanding.
Warm. Playful. Purpose-driven.
We laugh a lot, learn constantly, support each other, and truly care about the families who walk through our doors.
If you value connection, growth, compassion, and community — you’ll fit right in.
Yes — ongoing learning is a huge part of who we are.
We have regular team meetings, training sessions, and education blocks where we:
Learn more about the nervous system and child development
Practice communication and care-flow skills
Review cases and celebrate wins
Strengthen our culture as a team
Grow both personally and professionally
If you love learning, being coached, asking questions, and expanding your skills — you’ll thrive here.
If you prefer a “just tell me what to do and leave me alone” type of environment, this role probably won’t feel like the right fit.
For the first three months, you’ll receive a consistent base hourly rate of $25 while you learn our systems, master the neurological scans, and grow confident in supporting families.
After that initial phase, as you continue to grow, excel, and take on more responsibility, your pay will increase accordingly.
We strongly value personal growth, initiative, and contribution — and we make sure your pay reflects that.
If you’re someone who loves learning, improving, and becoming exceptional at what you do, you’ll have real opportunities to grow here.
If you prefer a role that never changes or don’t want performance-based progression, this position may not feel like the right fit.

At Healthy Families Chiropractic, we believe true health starts with the nervous system — the control center for everything from stress and sleep to energy and digestion. Our mission is to help families live fully connected lives, starting with the ones who lead them.
We’re not your average chiropractic office. Our space is family-focused, kid-friendly, and built around education and empowerment. Whether it’s a newborn struggling with colic or a dad powering through daily stress, we meet each person where they’re at and help guide them toward better function and better days.
